Elizabeth Gray

Elizabeth Gray oversees Sanctuary’s compliance program and is responsible for establishing standards and policies pertaining to regulatory requirements to help ensure legal, ethical, and proper conduct, for making sure these standards are communicated and institutionalized within the office, and for monitoring the company’s compliance with these standards and policies.

Although Elizabeth was born and raised in Colorado, she has officially lived in Idaho longer.  After years of working as a paralegal, Elizabeth joined Sanctuary in 2016 as the Compliance Director.

Outside of work, Elizabeth loves spending time with her three children and close family. In one season she is found refereeing and playing volleyball, and pursuing a music degree, while in another season she is found rollerblading, gardening, biking, and hiking.
